2009 Events

On Friday July 24th, The
Price Center will hold its Annual Boston Red Sox Event. The evening
will start at 5:30pm with dinner at the Best Buy Players Club at Fenway
Park followed by a raffle. The night will continue as the game begins
at 7:05pm with the Red Sox playing the Baltimore Orioles. Tickets for
the event are $125 per person and include dinner and a ticket to the
game.

On Wednesday, February
25, at 7:00pm The Barry L. Price Rehabilitation Center will be hosting
its Annual Recognition Event. This year the event will be held at the
Scandinavian Living Center, 206 Waltham Street, West Newton. Secretary
of Health and Human Services, Dr. JudyAnn Bigby will be this year’s
keynote speaker. This event is to recognize individuals, companies,
and foundations that have supported The Price Center.

2008 Events

This year the Annual
Gala Event featured Frankie Avalon and was held on November 1, 2008
at the Brookline Holiday Inn. Frankie Avalon is an American superstar,
actor, and singer whose exciting career spans five decades. The
performance was followed by cocktails, an outstanding dinner buffet,
silent auction and raffle.

This summer The
Price Center held it's 3rd Annual Summer Fundraiser: A Night with the
Red Sox on Friday June 6th. This year the Sox played the Seattle Mariners
with the game starting at 7:05pm.

The Second Annual
Celebrity Golf Tournament held at Woodland Golf Club in Auburndale,
MA on Monday May 19th 2008. The driving range opened at 11:30 and there
there was a shotgun start at 1:00pm. Dinner and awards followed.
On Monday, February
11, 2008 from 7:30 am-9:00 am at the Sheraton Needham Hotel 100 Cabot
Street, Needham, MA. 02494. The Barry L. Price Rehabilitation Center
conducted its Annual Recognition Event.
Senator John Forbes
Kerry was the Keynote Speaker and the Master of Ceremony was Karen Holmes
Ward from WCVB TV5. This event was to recognize individuals and companies
that support people with developmental disabilities.
